VF AzerCredit’s recruitment process comprises of several stages:
- Advertisement of a current vacancy. At this stage, HR Department announces the existence of a certain vacancy by the means of internet (including own web-site) and other relevant methods;
- Application stage. HR Department collects all applications from potential candidates. You can download the application form here;
- Shortlisting stage. By analyzing all applications HR Department creates a short list of suitable candidates and invite them to come for the next stage;
- Test stage. At this stage we evaluate IQ, IT, Specialty, Psychometric and Essay writing knowledge and abilities of the shortlisted candidates;
- Interview stage. Candidates successfully passed the test stage will be called for an interview(s) with our HR Department representative and / or Line Manager;
- Decision making. Appointed committee representing all interested parts will make a decision on employment and successful candidate will be made an offer by HR Department.
